Initiates are members who have participated in a number of Santo Daime works and freely choose to affirm a commitment to the Santo Daime path. Initiates confirm that the Daime is their sacrament based on their experiences of personal transformation through encountering the indwelling ‘divine light’ and consequently ask “to take their Star”. The initiate becomes part of the community of the Santo Daime while simultaneously committing to attend Works and support the local centre.
 

Céu do Montréal is an independent Santo Daime church and a non-profit organization, volunteer-managed, and supported by members and visitors and their donations. We maintain our website and all the information on it as a community education effort. Please help to support our endeavours.
